The committee’s members are organized into two teams each of which is on duty every other week. When on duty, the members prepare the refreshment tables with coffee, tea, and delicious pastries for consumption before and during the coffee break of each meeting.

The work of this committee and its offerings create an inviting atmosphere and stimulate conversations.
