The officers of the Club include a president, two vice presidents, a treasurer, an assistant treasurer, a secretary, an assistant secretary, and the Technology Committee Chairman. Each officer is elected for one year. The two V.P.s are charged with engaging and scheduling speakers for our Friday meetings.

The board of directors consists of the officers, the immediate past president, six directors, and the Public Relations Committee chairman. The directors are elected to serve three-year terms with two directors elected each year.

The financial books of NCMC are reviewed annually by the Board.
